very untidy rooms and hopeless bathroom very poor hygene of bedsheets and covers

didn’t like the property at all

Staff came twice for inding food payment. Else everything was fine.

1. After check in, there was no water supply in the washroom, upon requesting to change the room the management refused to do so and took about an hour to fix the water supply. even after the water supply resumed there was no hot water. 2. At about 4am the air conditioner stopped working, upon calling the front desk, the person concerned said he will get it checked but no one showed up. the air conditioner was not working for more than an hour. it was suffocating as the windows in the room do not open and there are no windows in the corridor as well. 3. the next morning Upon requesting the staff for a late check out as the whole night was uncomfortable, they simply refused.

Food is good ....facilities are awesome and superb staff

Wifi issue

The over all experience is horrible. Bathing shower fall on my head. Staffs are not at all responsible. I have done all my payment on time but they have not provided my invoice / bill till now after one week.

Short staffed. no breakfast or room service. Expect only the very basics. Not worth the price at all.

They call you at the last moment and ask you cancel the booking. They say that there is some technical fault and inform you at the last moment

The property was so dirty.when we entered the hotel it was smelling badly.The room was full of dust.sofa dirty,chair torn.The hotel is so different in the pictures online.The staff also seemed very disinterested.I will never recommend this to anyone.

The Staff is courteous.

AC was not effective, WiFi was not working properly, Most of the Food Menu was not available.

I guess you guys need a good manager because the property is very good location is fine, rooms are good.

But you guys need to maintain it properly, In my stay there where mosquitos in the bath tub and the bed sheets where dirty there were spots on it. no toilet papers as well. As i said property is good price is affordable but maintenance is required

Disappointing

Poorly maintained and incompetent staff. Bedding and the only towel we had were torn. I had to ask for fresh towels atleast 5 times and still didn't get them.

Unprofessional guy at the reception,No Towels ,staff said laundry is not operational ,visited there first and last time

The feel of the hotel is like any other average 2 or 3 star and honestly has nice furniture and everything you might need. I loved the desk to work that was away from the tv.

The blanket was burnt at one end. The room was dirty and dusty, the toilet was smelling. No hot water to bathe in the morning and I got electrocuted by the hand dryer.
